This home is a charming 4 bedroom home that is centrally located in the village of Hartwick. There is custom-made woodwork throughout giving it a unique and homey feel. There is a private back yard with a HOT TUB! (Need I say more?) as well as a grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining area. The back room of the home has been converted to a bar area, with a custom built wooden bar, with doors that open up right to the patio. There are 4 bedrooms that include a queen bed, two full beds and a twin with a twin trundle, and there is also a pull out sofa that can be used downstairs in the living room. If you are looking for a cozy, family friendly home that has ample outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining, then look no further! This home is in the heart of hill country and is in a great area for Fall Foliage.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
