Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

This home is hosted by Samantha and Adriana.We are two locals to the area that started Stay Upstate, LLC to better host our properties in a way that provided that extra “above and beyond” higher level of service to our guests.
