This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom lake house has everything you need: Comfortable sleeping arrangements, downstairs apartment with a full kitchen, lake frontage, including kayaks, pedal boat, and a floating raft. Located 20 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park and only 10 minutes from Cooperstown Village.
Weeks must be booked for 6 nights in summer to follow Dreams Park schedule as follows:

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
